How do I place an order?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via credit card (Stripe) or Paypal.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Depending on the size of your order, turn around is usually 1-2 business days but may take up to 5 days during busy periods. Delivery with Australia Post will usually take up to a week. Express post delivery is 1-3 days depending on your location.
Do you offer Express Postage?
Yes! An express post option is available to select on checkout. Please note that selecting express post does not alter the turn around time. Please contact us if your order is urgent.
Which post courier do you use?
We currently ship all orders through Australia Post with tracking.
Can I change my order?
It might be possible to change your order after it's been placed - however we do process orders quickly so please get in touch straight away. Once an order has been packed and shipped, changing an order is not possible.
There's a missing or damaged item in my order - what do I do?
- In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, please email us within 3 days of receipt with photos of the damaged item. We will either replace or refund the item.
- If something is missing from your order or we accidentally send the wrong item, please let us know within 7 days and we will either replace or refund the item.
Do you offer local pick up?
Unfortunately we are unable to offer a local collection service.
Do you have a warehouse or showroom I can visit?
Kute Products is a home based business so we don't presently have a showroom you can visit, but you can order some product samples before committing to a larger order.
Do you ship internationally?
We can ship internationally however our website is not presently set up to take international orders (we're working on it!). Please contact us and we'll send you a quote - put please be warned, shipping from Australia is very expensive!
I'm not a business or wholesale customer, can I still buy your stuff?
We require a minimum purchase of $150 worth of goods. We're happy to sell to any retail shop, market stall holder, school, charity, organisation or event. If you just want one item (such as a single badge or magnet), try your luck at Button Brat.
